- 1 / 5By Melinda GaertnerOrdered online & received a confirmation 45-mins before the store opened. Called the pizzeria to confirm receipt of order and if delivery instructions were clear. I was rudely informed that they "didn't get any orders because their internet was down" I attempted to give my confirmation number earlier that morning. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and abrupt, going as far as stating "it wasn't his job to fix it, there is something going on with the connection"
If the order wasn't surprise for my husband's birthday I would have cancelled it immediately.June 03, 2016
